Former Caddo Fire Chief gets jail time for theft, murder plot

As a former Greenwood resident I somewhat feel the urge to distance the township from Don so in the interest of accuracy, two of the three sources have it wrong.
Don McMullen was not the Greenwood fire chief as Greenwood in fact does not have it's own fire department . Don McMullen was the chief of Caddo Parish fire district three, which area of coverage in the parish includes Greenwood.
The department is managed by a fire board and overseen by the civil service board. The town of Greenwood in fact has no say in the operation of this department.
