Gerald Ford Dead At 93
Former President Gerald R. Ford, who declared “Our long national nightmare is over” as he replaced Richard Nixon but may have doomed his own chances of election by pardoning his disgraced predecessor, has died. He was 93.

“Our long national nightmare is over”
Gerald Ford lived a very healthy life style and for that he lived a very long life and lived to see the world change. There has never been a President or leader who did not have flaws some more than others. I am glad that Gerald Ford gave Nixon a pardon. Nixon did many great things and was a very smart man. I would say that Ford or Nixon where no worse than Bill Clinton. I could go on but let us be glad for the service that Gerald Ford did for America.

Yeah, he was a good man.
I would agree with that. He was not at the top long enough to get his feet to dirty. There are people that did not like him for giving Nixon a way out. I say we should all honor him and his family at this time. God rest your soul and
may your rest in peace Mr. Ford. Snow Man |

My goodness, I guess I never realized how old President Ford was. He lived a long life. May he rest in peace.
