So I guess the recent rumors regarding "the death of muni wifi" around the country are overstated.

I'm actually still a proponent of muni-wifi, especially when the business plan is developed by a true service provider rather than financial planners who may lack "real world" muni-wireless experience. And not many have real world muni-wireless experience. (if any - The result is all the bad press out there on this subject)
