SYRACUSE, N.Y. - A dentist was dancing to a song on the radio while drilling on a woman's tooth, and she wound up in the hospital when the drill bit snapped off and lodged near her eye, a lawsuit alleges. Brandy Fanning, 31, said she had to undergo emergency surgery and spent three days in the hospital because of the October 2004 mishap. Did y'all read this story?OMG!

A dentist once stuck a drill right into Ms Hertz's tongue! But no emergency surgery thank goodness. He was not discoing though. Not sure what he was doing.

I would think a competent dentist would have more sense than to disco dance while drilling! I want him focusing on my mouth and the drill not the radio!Thank goodness my dentist is a saint!

Fairly common practice to have music in operating rooms. Dancing? Not so much.
