OK, This gets better everyday. Mrs. Hurl works at said hospital and knew about this before it hit the news. This thing was found in a room where the residence go to sleep or rest during their 100 hour week. It was knot a noose but a type of chord used for traction patients. The knots were of the type that a Doctor has to master in order to use this for traction. Someone had been practicing these knots, also this chord had been in there for months. I wonder how long it will take for the truth to come out in the media. I've heard some whisperings but knot much.

Holy Crap!!! I hope no Civil Rights activists look in my boat, they will swoon at all the hate crime knots that I've tied. Some look identical to a noose. I've actually caught Black Bass and Black Drum, oops I shouldn't have said that.

It sounds like the janitor found the rope and due to his lack of knowledge over what it was and it's purpose felt the need to report it. Why didn't he ask the doctors first about it? Sounds like a media opt to me!
