What a fool I guess I should not laugh because it is sad but still I would think even a crack head would know better than to try to scam the casino and cops too !

Compulsive gamblers will try anything. That's desperation for you. I don't gamble often myself, but when I do, I have a definite system and can stick to it. I walk into the casino with a certain amount in cash. If I lose that, I leave, no exceptions. If I double it, I leave, exceptions are rare. NEVER use ATM machines in casinos!!! I use to work in a casino and we were told that casino ATMs have a very high service charge in order to discourage people from using them too much.
