We have got to be very very cautious on this issue! I don't want our food supply to end up like China's!

I don't mean to be an alarmist, but after that whole dog food fiasco, if I was a terrorist, I'd be looking at the food supply if I wanted to cause widespread panic in the population. Let our own distribution system do all the work. That is their method, to use our own capability against us, since they have no real capability of their own. (don't own jets etc.) It seems like new Homeland Security measures would include an increase in food testing labs to reduce that vulnerability, especially for basic ingredients with widespread uses (like gluten, corn sugar, etc) that find their way into 100's if not 1000's of products.
