There's a 99.9999% chance that this kid is a huge pain in the arse to all of his teachers and this was finally an excuse for them to get rid of him. If he had been a decent kid nothing would have been pursued.

I don't see where him being a pain in the arse should allow him to be charged with third degree battery on a crayon. If he causes trouble supend him, it sounds like a wimpy teacher to me. I wonder what color the crayon was, maybe it was not her color.

I don't even see a state statute for third degree battery. I'm sure it meets the standard, though. Third degree is not as bad as second or first.

Come on, throwing a crayon at someone would be almost like throwing a weinnie at someone, now a pencil would be a differnt thing.
