Well sure what he did was wrong. A child knows what he did was wrong. But he deserves the money anyway right? He is entitled to it. In the minds of many people with race on their minds, now we are one step closer to being even. This is the only way I can make any sense of it. "only is Louisiana" is true, but why?

If the man had any character in integrity at all, he would fess up and serve as a role model for younger generations to know how to behave.
