Usually just a small dollop of that sanitizer will work for children. I can't imagine why it made the child drunk? She must have licked off every single drop. I also would think the teacher would have noticed the child doing excessive licking. This is good info to know!

You would think that the sanitizer would not taste good. Even with the strong alcohol content that it would burn.
