Didn't Eldorado buy part of the River District area? Maybe that small indoor mall area? (I forget the name) I sure wish they would get that area popping again. Maybe another hotel just across the street will help.
I'm also surprised anyone would want to build a new hotel on the heels of the new Hilton. But maybe the demand is there...
