Time for Cuz to move on ! Food not so good and he is not closing because buisness is good. I could say much more about Cuz and the way he likes to place his hands on the ladies. My wife and her lunch group quit going there because of that very fact. Next !

My wife and I ate there a few times many years ago. He was VERY friendly to what were obviously his regular customers. But as "newbies" we did not feel very welcome. We were not Cuz'es. But it was the multiple curly black hairs in my wife's fettucini that insured we would not be returning. No kidding, not just one, but 3 or 4 hairs.

Now that gags me to no end. I think that Cuz is done thank God !

I ate there once and the fettucine alfredo was gritty...alfredo sauce isnt supposed to be gritty. I was pissed. Never ate there again. The end!

me and the wife went there some years ago.. must not have left much of an impression on us, 'cause we never went back.

So I wonder, since everyone seems to hate the place.. why its' closing made such big news ? :)

It is not a big deal just the Shreveport Times is a JOKE of a paper and anything is news to them. Did you see the front cover of the Times yesterday ? Well you would have to go to the obits to find a white boy any where in the paper and then you would have to go thru pages of adds to find any copy.
