Why did he announce in New Orleans and not Shreveport..... He had to find new goats to pull then fleece over?

I think he would look more appropriate if he wore a patch over his eye to remind everyone what a Pirate he really is.

You know, maybe if my utility bills went down under his leadership, then I might feel differently.

Did Foster have any thing to do with Stelly ?
 

I do no think Foster has a chance for many reasons but the first one would be he is from North LA and the rest you can smell for yourself.
