Our culture is so crazy. If I don't know what it is, I'll eat it and assume it's chicken. I think the "chicken" I had at a Chinese buffet in Tyler yesterday wasn't really chicken, but I enjoyed it still.

One time we ordered Kung Pao Shrimp (with peanuts). The waiter kept repeating our order back to us, "Kung Pao Shrimp with Peenus". We kept giggling and could hardly place the rest of our order..
