that santabot character still has a lot of the top posts but disappeared for some reason.. everybody attacked them saying they're too active, and now everybody quit talking all together.. lol the irony.

I do believe the rules state you have to 18 years old.

Anime, he can use a friend's computer and create another username. He may be banned as santabot, but he can come back.

That's ok. If it becomes clear that he has returned, admin can ban his IP address. That will make it very hard for him to come back. Let's just keep our eyes open for now.

Well look above. He can use other computers as I stated earlier. It will be hard to ban him if he desires to be here. There have been others who were banned on other forums and kept coming back as someone else and they would change their ip addresses.
