Is Robert Browne Really A Serial Killer?
A year has passed since Browne, 54, a Coushatta native, stunned Red River Parish residents and the nation by laying claim to 49 homicides. If true, that would make him one of the country's most prolific serial killers. Four of those homicides allegedly took place close to home — three in Red River Parish and one in Natchitoches Parish.
