In my humble opinion serving anything "unlimited" is probably a bad idea and should at least contain enough fine print to baffle a good attorney.
Those guys should sue the heck out of that restaurant, that was wrong to over charge or refuse them sevice. That is what buffets are, a one price meal for multiple trips. And for the waitress to tell someone they are fat is rude. I would have threw my tea in her face.

Sue for what? Throwing tea in her face could be considered "battery". Being rude isn't even "assault". There are no damages. I would simply not go back. We all cast our votes by which businesses we choose to patronize or not.
