The great lie exposed at last

I think you and Dad put that candy in my basket and ya'll are the Easter Bunny. I'm on to ya'll. Your game is over."

He was so serious when he said it that I just had to fall out laughing. We didn't hide eggs yesterday but we did leave out baskets. Glad we can finally give up this whole gig!
Now I am sure you would tell your boy never to tell a lie ? Can he ever trust you again after outing the eater bunny ? What next mom ? The great pumpkin?

Lol!

This is worth a chuckle. I SO remember the Cadbury bunny.

Quote:
Top 10 Reason I believe in the Easter Bunny

1. Hey, I watch television. Every year, he's there clucking in the Cadbury egg commercials.

2. Who do you think delivers all the baskets and stuff, the little chicks? Doubtful.

3. When I was six, I saw a bunny at the scene of the crime. He put his finger aside his nose, and up the chimney he rose.

4. It was a little cafe somewhere in France, I was young, and yes, I believed everything he told me.

5. Someone is posing for those chocolate rabbit molds, and I think you're thinking what I'm thinking.

6. Who else has time to color all those eggs? Not me, Jack.

7. Yeah, and Peter Rabbit didn't think Mr. McGregor was going to catch him in the cabbage patch either -- get with the times.

8. I had a pet rabbit in the 4th grade, and he told me it was all true.

9. Once, I put a tooth under my pillow, and in the morning I had a marshmallow Easter egg.

10. Someone has to believe in the Easter bunny.

This year we filled a few plastic eggs with dollar bills which drove the kids wild. My son and I got into this discussion of who has more money, the Tooth Fairy or the Easter Bunny. I told him the Easter Bunny doesn't deal much in cash. No matter what, I never give in or lie to my children. Santa and the EB are real and forever will be!

E.B. Farnum at your service. Mayor of Deadwood and hotelier.

If you need separate rooms, I'll arrange that by tomorrow, but today I can't fix it, unless you kill a guest.

It's an ok place if you don't mind a bit of political and religious mudslingin'. We got our Christians, our Pagans, we even got ourselves an admitted atheist murder suspect. Its very fair and balanced around here as long as you ain't one if them radical islamic muslims who fake the burning of towers that our government demolished in a coverup conspiracy. Oh, and guns and dogs are good, porn is bad, and there is at least one of us who doesn't think astronauts ever landed on the moon!

HA!, thank you for the summary. So far so good. However, you say porn is bad, but according to the poll on this site. It looks like the viewers are in favor of porn with 10 for and 9 against and 2 who don't care. I tried to vote but it seems the poll is closed.

To be specific, we have one member who thinks it's ok to view porn while in a commited relationship and the rest of the membershp disagrees. Anywho, welcome to SBLive! I'm the smiley maker.

Not to argue the point. But actually, the poll asks, if it is o.k. for your SIGNIFICANT other to view porn. And more than half the viewers said YES.
I'd give the poll my .02, but the poll is closed.
