Foster Campbell could not even carry Bossier Parish. I have to wonder just who he has in his hip pocket down in Bienville and Red River parish
This does give Bobby a mandate I hope he will do North LA right.

Bobby has been up here 77 times on campaign stops, so we finnally have some representaion in BR. He also stated his first business in office willbe to call a special session specifically for ethics reform!!!! This is a very good first step. Let's get rid of Billy Montgomery and Bob Odem and keep heading in the right direction.

It's just a shame that he didn't win last time. Competence would have been nice during/after Katrina.

Kathy Blanco I am sure is a good grandmother. Her term in the Governors office was and is a disaster. Deer in the head lights is what she reminds me of. Good riddance. I agree with joes post.

Agreed.. I remember after the disaster that was Katrina.. Blanco on t.v... looking absolutely lost. I'd have to say, it would take a special kind of person to handle that catastrophe with any kind of style.

Let's see what the new govn'r can do for NW Louisiana

Seems like it goes more like this....

Screw ability, we want it handled by lawyers! ACLU lawyers, Insurance lawyers, FEMA lawyers, state attorneys, they are all looking after our best interests.... Right?

I kind of feel sorry for Jindal having to clean up after two hurricanes and one failed administration. He has quite a job ahead of him....
