Shark Gets Abused On NYC Beach!
A lifeguard in New York's Coney Island beach came to the rescue of a 2-foot sand shark that was being smacked and hit by frightened swimmers.

Well if a shark swam up to me I sure as heck don't think I'd try to pet it. These people were probably hitting it's face because that is what we've been told to do.....hit it in the snout to stun it if possible.

Seriously the way I see it, sharks are like mean dogs. Most will leave you alone if you leave them alone and ignore them. But walk up and pull its tail, and you might get bit! |
