No it was another restaurant before being bought by the Cushes and named Centenary Oyster House. Can't remember the name before that. My favorite dish was the Head Shop Club Sandwich at the Oyster House. And Jalepeno Cheese Fries were awesome too, but might cause a gall blatter attack these days....

Oh that's right, it was right across from "Head This Way" Head Shop . OK, so what was it before "Centenary Oyster House"? I think the previous place is what I knew best... hmmm. But also recall that place, pre-gentrification, as a neighborhood blue collar dive - bar and package liqueur. Recall driving by with the family, the door to the place proped open, and from the car back seat look in and see some old gents sitting at the little bar (it was just that one long narrow space - the places next door were not expanded into yet). |
