Well you know women that have planned deliveries are usually on a monday, never on a friday. That shouldn't be a surprise really about heart attacks.
I say it daily, customer service (in this case health care) is just not what it use to be.
The only place I know of with the best customer service I have ever received is actually ShreveNet (of course when I worked there) lol and when Mr. Marsalis owned it and Disney World!
If you have ever called Disney World you will see what I am talking about you won't get better customer service anywhere's else.
People just don't give a s**t anymore.
