Al, yes I too have lived here long enough to have the right to make my complaints, and yea Shreveport in August can be a tough pill to swallow, no doubt. Regarding rebuilding New Orleans. I know they had their problems down there. But the city of New Oreans is so rich in history and it's customs. a unique city, and I feel it's loss would be terrible for this state and a loss to the Country. Getting that city back to a sense of normalcy is going to be a long road I think.
