Yeah, my sister received one of those scams a while back. Fortunately, she was told better before she even cashes the first one, so no debt on her. That scam was out of Canada too.

I also received a similar one last year. I received a letter saying that I had won some kind of lottery and I just needed to pay like $2700 in taxes and they'd send me back a few million. I called the phone number on the letter just to see what the jack@$$ would try to tell me. After I dropped the hint that I was on to him, he hung up quickly. Ironically, that scam was out of Canada too.

Can you see the pattern going on here? What the h*** is up with Canada?!
