Well, it's not really a question of maturity, but a question of age. Every now and then, some content finds its way here that may or may not be considered for children's eyes. The members are usually pretty good about posting appropriately though.
Feel free to post a new thread in Anime or the Lounge and tell us a little about yourself. I, for one, would like to know what anime titles you like.
