Angry Louisiana's Judicial system needs an update

On January 15, 2008, a sentencing was held in Layfayette Louisiana wherein a man who killed a mother and her youngest daughter and paralyzed his then girlfriend. With a prior record, although somehow this was expunged, was sentenced only to 5 years for each death and 6 months for the injury to his girlfriend, to run concurrent, then 4 years of each were suspended along with the six months for the injury, leaving him a 2 year sentence to run concurrent which totals a year in jail for the murder of two innocent people and the crippling of another. Please tell me how this can happen and how the Laws of Louisiana allow this to happen. Any judge that would hand down this sentence needs to be removed from his position.

The citizens of Louisiana need to stand up and fight, It could be your mother, your child or you that is his next victim. What happened to Justice for all.
