Community Education Forum Slated for Caddo Parish School District 9
School Board Member Barry Rachal invites citizens, educators to Forum

Caddo Parish School Board Member Barry Rachal will host a Community Education Forum from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM on Thursday, December 20, 2007 at the University Elementary School, 9900 Smitherman Drive. According to Rachal, The Community Forum “will allow citizens to address concerns and needs of School Board District 9, which covers southeast Caddo Parish.”

District 9 representative on the school board, Rachal invites all Caddo Parish Public School teachers, administrators and support staff to come to this public forum. Parents, community leaders and residents in District 9 and throughout the parish are also encouraged to attend.

The December 20th Forum is twofold, including information dissemination and information gathering. There will be two major agenda items:
Caddo Parish Superintendent Search Update, & Community Feedback.
