Highland Area Has New Traffic Control Device

Tired of drivers speeding through their blocks to avoid traffic clogs at Line Avenue and Kings Highway, residents of Rutherford Street asked the city to do something about it.

I often drive home down Centenary, Highland, or Creswell and the biggest problem is that the people living there just walk out into the middle of the damn street whenever they feel like it.

Now the residents of Rutherford street will have to put up with all the traffic as people drive by to see the new traffic circle.

I know I'm going.

Kinda off-topic, but I see that Guidens Seafood place every time I have to go to the office. That place has seen better days for sure, and its hard to believe that anyone would want to eat there. Anybody have any first-hand knowledge?
