NW LA Sports Radio
 

Can someone tell me why the sports radio is so horrible in this area?

I come from a small market that featured at least two 24/7 stations dedicated to sports talk. Around here it is a part time gig switching between stations to find a show here, a show there....who may or may not be talking sports, and even if they do, it is off the cuff and no real information.

I'd have to assume it is because there is no 'demand' for it(?) or that there is so much to do that no one really listens to the radio?

It would seem that "talk" radio is all there is these days. Personally I simply don't listen to the radio anymore.

Now I don't know that this is a "sports" radio station, but they've been talking about nothing but Saints football here for the last few days..

Been listening to the live stream quite a bit last few days, listened all day before the Eagles game, and they air the play by play during the game.
