Coroner wouldn't examine juvenile molestation victim
Her parents were told not to bathe 7 year old victim until she could be examined by an expert which officials believe didn't happen for 12 hours

This entire situation doesn't sound at all like it was handled professionally.
The child most likely wanted to take a bath or shower to literally "wash away" what were the reminents of a heinous experience! Prolonging that need was in no way beneficial. Someone should have taken the evidence immediatley at the hospital!!:( |
The coroner must follow the agreement by the DA. Sounds like the assistant needs to check with his boss. It is sad, but it is true..... This nation needs government reform!
