If your image width or height is greater than 64 pixels, it gets kicked back to you. If the file size is larger than 39.1KB it will get kicked back to you, until you upload a file that meets both requirements.

yea, but your avatar is 100 x 79 pixels.. What gives?? :D Like you say, your's is bigger than mine..
