Teacher thinks drink was laced with narcotic at school

A Texas teacher tests positive for an illegal narcotic and suspects someone at school may have laced her drink.

The teachers thermos is being kept at evidence here at the Panola County Sheriffs Department. We can reveal that when the officer on scene took the teachers thermos and put it into an evidence container, the liquid inside was dark. There was a green leafy substance mixed in.

Exactly HOW did the teacher not notice a green leafy substance floating in his coffee?!?!?!

Wouldn't you notice THAT and NOT drink it? Especially if you did not put it in there.

Some thermos containers have a screw on cup on top. You take the cup off and twist the bottle "stopper" and pour coffee without removing the actual stopper which could act like a strainer. Seems like it might get clogged up though if that were the case. But I guess it could happen.

Could it be that he just got busted and is looking for a way out ? I am sure SBL will keep us updated.

Maybe the teacher's visual attention was focused elsewhere like on a newspaper or something.
