that santabot character still has a lot of the top posts but disappeared for some reason.. everybody attacked them saying they're too active, and now everybody quit talking all together.. lol the irony.

That's ok. If it becomes clear that he has returned, admin can ban his IP address. That will make it very hard for him to come back. Let's just keep our eyes open for now.

Well look above. He can use other computers as I stated earlier. It will be hard to ban him if he desires to be here. There have been others who were banned on other forums and kept coming back as someone else and they would change their ip addresses.

why would u be reading into this? i just registered the other day to particpate in a poll and noticed how every forum was ruled over by santabot. dont accuse me of being somebody you have no idea who i am, and my age isnt even stated hear so dont tell me i have to be 18 to view i am over 18 thank you very much

I think the board is active and will be seeing more new members in the near future. It is fun to post as long as everyone is civil and I for one have been uncivil in the past but in the future I will be civil. With that said I will not change my mind on what it is I believe and that is what makes this forum good to post on. Forums where everyone agrees on everything are not much fun. I think santabot did push the envelop but it is up to SBL to make changes not me. I know there has been a death in the family of one of our avatars and some of the avatars will not be back on line until next week.

IP bans keep out only the least technically-savvy users. They are trivial to circumvent.
